ESNAAD, which means "support" in Arabic, owns and operates a professionally designed Offshore Supply Base of over 1.4 million M2 and offers three main services: Oilfield Services, Supply Base, and Marine and operates from the Mussafah Base, 35 km from Abu Dhabi. ESNAAD owns and manages a fleet of 44 vessels supporting the offshore oil and gas industry. There are a number of new vessels being built including new types such as well testing and chemical pumping vessels, fast supply intervention vessels and safety standby rescue vessels, which will come into service over the next 2 years. All ESNAAD vessels are certified for ISM and are chartered to the operating companies with a few vessels being chartered outside the UAE.

The fleet consists of a variety of vessels performing different tasks, such as supply, towing, field safety/standby, platform and subsea maintenance, utility, survey and diving support vessels. ESNAAD has an impressive safety record of achieving fifteen million man-hours without lost time injury. The Supply base includes a concrete wharf and operational area of 29,000 m2 with an overall length of 870 meters, this being divided into 14 berths, 220' long each, which can accommodate supply vessels and barges. Provision of bunkering points for (diesel/water) & bulk chemical supply lines are also available. ESNAAD also offers the following: Workshop Facilities, Warehousing & Storage, Waste Management, Well Services, Bulk & Storage Supply, Drilling Mud Chemicals (Bentonite, Barite and Attapulgite), Material Handling, Production Chemicals, Oil Well Cement, Hire of Manpower, Hire of Equipment and Maintenance Support.
